DISCLAIMER
You are required to enter your mobile number while registering your details or raising a query. The company has the right to share your mobile too for office use only and forward to the third party to get the things done as per mentioned requirements.
You need to enter the Verification Code sent on your mobile to cancel your booking.
Only those cancellation requests which are made either online or on the phone to our customer support team shall be entertained. The Company shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel without intimating the Company and also through any other medium including, but not limited to, SMS or e-mail.
If you don’t show up at the hotel, you’ll still be charged the entire amount and hotel will debit the amount from your card directly.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS OF USE
The Company reserves the right to modify or supplement these terms of use for regulatory, legal, technical or any other reason with future effect by placing an advance notice on the Website. The notice will include the date of planned change and the consequences for users.
Registered users of the Company will get additional information about the planned change of terms of use via e-mail.
GOVERNING LAW AND FORUM
These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India and any dispute shall exclusively be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Courts situated at Delhi, India
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
If any part of these terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remaining provisions of these terms of use shall continue in effect.
Cancellation Policy
If you Cancel your Holiday
You may cancel your package at any time. Cancellation shall be effective only on the receipt of a written notification or an e-mail in this regard from the person who made the booking.
The following cancellation charges shall be applicable:
· Prior to 30 days or more: Booking paid amount
· 15 days to date of departure: 100%.
· In case of no-show or Improper response: 100%
Cancellation by Company
On cancellation of bookings done using promotional codes, the hotel cancellation charges are calculated on a total price before discount. For such bookings, an additional World Holidays cancellation charge of 12% will be deducted from the refund amount after applying the hotel cancellation policy.
MODIFICATIONS & REFUNDS:
The company does not accept amendment requests to the hotel reservation if the check-in is within 48 Hours.
The Company doesn’t support changes and modifications to online bookings once they’re made.
All the refunds shall be done by the World Holidays directly.
Your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.
The cancellation fee amount and free cancellation time frame may vary depending on your city and country
The refund will be through a credit/debit card where the user paid actually with the duration of a maximum of 3 – 4 working days.
