Refund Policy

MODIFICATIONS & REFUNDS: The company does not accept amendment requests to the hotel reservation if the check-in is within 48 Hours. The Company doesn’t support changes and modifications to online bookings once they’re made. All the refunds shall be done by the World Holidays directly. Your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account. The cancellation fee amount and free cancellation time frame may vary depending on your city and country The refund will be through a credit/debit card where the user paid actually with the duration of a maximum of 7 – 10 working days

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy If you Cancel your Holiday You may cancel your package at any time. Cancellation shall be effective only on the receipt of a written notification or an e-mail in this regard from the person who made the booking. The following cancellation charges shall be applicable: · Prior to 30 days or more: Booking paid amount · 15 days to date of departure: 100%. · In case of no-show or Improper response: 100% Cancellation by Company On cancellation of bookings done using promotional codes, the hotel cancellation charges are calculated on a total price before discount. For such bookings, an additional World Holidays cancellation charge of 12% will be deducted from the refund amount after applying the hotel cancellation policy.
